Assistant Manager, has over 20 years of experience with personal lending and mortgage finance. Monica’s past experience is pivotal in assisting our clients and broker partners’ financing needs for all circumstances, specializing in non-bank, equity based mortgage financing needs.
Prior to joining Premiere in 2004, Monica spent several years as a Lender in the Alberta Credit Union system. In addition to her activities as a senior lender with Premiere, Monica also assists in directing the business activities of Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd.

Toni Bensmiller,
Mortgage Associate, brings several years of personal lending and customer service experience to our valued clients and broker partners.
Prior to joining Premiere in 2010, Toni spent several years with a major B.C. Credit Union as a Senior Lender, specializing in residential mortgage financing, assisting both homeowners and broker clients.

John Mercuri

John Mercuri, President, has over 20 years experience in all aspects of mortgage lending and finance, joining Premiere as a mortgage broker in 2000 and promoted to General Manager in 2001. In 2005, John became an equal partner in 2005, progressing to majority ownership in 2011. In addition to directing the business activities of Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd., John serves as President and Director of our in-house mortgage fund (M.I.C.), Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp., a $60 Million portfolio with mortgage investments in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.
Prior to joining Premiere, John spent nine years with a consumer finance company which specialized in secondary mortgage financing. During his tenure, John held management positions throughout British Columbia.

John Ugyan, Director, founded Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. in 1984, and while now enjoying retirement from regular business activities, John continues his involvement on a consultancy basis for Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd., and also sits as a Director and Credit Committee member of our in-house mortgage fund, Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp.
Prior to this, John spent 16 years of prior residential and commercial mortgage experience with three major banks, holding several management positions.
